1. About these terms
These terms govern the use of the blueprintexploration.com site, the Blueprint app (iPhone, iPad and Android) and the Blueprint+ subscription. By using the site or the app, or by subscribing, you accept the following.
If you don’t agree with any of these terms, please don’t use the site or the app, or subscribe.
2. About Blueprint
Blueprint is a project operated in Mexico that offers personalized readings for self-knowledge and personal growth, in accessible language.

3. The product: Blueprint
The Blueprint is a personalized digital reading calculated with our own method from the birth data you provide (date, time and place) and from where you spend your birthday.
Your Blueprint lives in the Blueprint app, available as soon as it's generated. There is a free Blueprint and a subscription, Blueprint+, that develops it in depth and keeps it current. What speaks about who you are (your essence, your gifts) is permanently accessible. Your cycle (your week, your month, your windows and your journal) is computed for the 12 months that start the day your Blueprint is created and, as long as you keep Blueprint+, renews on its own when it ends, at no extra cost.
Beyou (your AI) · included AI assistant
Blueprint+ includes access to Beyou, an AI conversational assistant designed to answer questions about your Blueprint in plain language. Beyou uses your specific Blueprint, an interpretation corpus written by us, and the calculations of your cycle to provide personalized responses.
Beyou is a tool for companionship and exploration, not a substitute for professional care. Its responses are interpretations for your reflection, not diagnoses.
About what Beyou stores: we record usage metrics without the content of your conversations. A conversation is stored only if you choose to share it when rating an answer, and it is deleted after 30 days. The details are in the Privacy policy.
Nature of the product · critical disclaimer
Neither the Blueprint nor Beyou are:
- Medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice
- Financial or investment advice
- Legal advice
- A prediction of the future
- A substitute for a therapist, coach or other certified professional
If you’re going through situations that require professional attention (mental health, legal decisions, finances), seek help from qualified professionals. The Blueprint and Beyou can accompany that process, but they don’t replace it.
4. Purchase and payment
Where you buy
Your free Blueprint has no cost. Blueprint+ is purchased only inside the Blueprint app, through the App Store (iPhone and iPad) or Google Play (Android). The website sells nothing.
Price and payment
Your store shows you the price of each plan (monthly, 6 months or annual) in your currency before you confirm. Your store processes the charge with the payment method you have on file there, under its own terms. We never receive or store your card details.
Free trial
Blueprint+ starts with 7 free days if it’s your first subscription; your store determines eligibility. If you cancel before the trial ends, you’re not charged anything. If you don’t cancel, the plan you chose starts billing when the trial ends.
Blueprint+ subscription (automatic renewal)
Blueprint+ is a recurring subscription. By subscribing, you authorize your store to charge automatically at the start of each period, until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time, with no commitment, from your store’s subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period already paid. Refunds are decided and handled by your store under its policies (see Access, cancellation and refunds).
If you subscribed earlier on our website, your subscription stays in force under its terms: you manage or cancel it from your account at blueprintexploration.com/account.
If the subscription price changes, your store will notify you in advance under its rules; the new price applies from your next renewal.
Invitations and discounts
Everyone with an account has an invitation link. Anyone who arrives through that link and subscribes to Blueprint+ receives 10% off their first subscription. That discount is earned ONLY by taking out a paid subscription: no one receives anything for downloading the app, for creating an account, or for generating their free Blueprint.
Whoever invites earns a discount on their own subscription based on how many of the people they invited already have their Blueprint: 15% at 5 people and 30% at 10. A person counts when they download the app and generate their Blueprint, not before.
- Discounts apply to the annual and 6-month plans. They don’t apply to the monthly plan.
- One discount applies per charge, always the highest available. Discounts don’t stack.
- Each discount is used once and is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or accruable as credit.
- We may cancel a discount obtained through duplicate accounts, false data, or any other form of abuse.
- The programme may change or end at any time. Discounts already earned are honoured.
If you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, the discount is applied using those stores’ mechanisms and is subject to their rules.
5. Data we need
To generate your Blueprint we need:
- Date of birth
- Time of birth (you can create it without it, with limitations)
- Place of birth (city and country)
- Where you spent or will spend your birthday (when applicable)
- Your email, for your account and your notices
- Your name
Your responsibility for the data
You are responsible for providing correct data. If the data you enter is incorrect, the Blueprint calculation will be too. In those cases we help you fix it and regenerate your Blueprint at no cost (see Access, cancellation and refunds).
6. Access and warranty
Specific conditions for access, cancellation, regeneration, and refunds are in our Access, cancellation and refunds policy, which is part of these terms.
Quick summary:
- Your Blueprint lives in the app; email is for your account and your notices
- Verifiable technical errors (can't access it, missing content): we regenerate your Blueprint at no cost
- Blueprint+ cancellation and refunds: through your store (App Store or Google Play)
- What speaks about who you are stays permanently accessible
7. Permitted use of the Blueprint
The Blueprint you receive is for your personal use.
You can:
- Read it as many times as you want
- Share it with your coach, therapist, or guide
- Keep personal backups of your dossier or of fragments
- Discuss it with close people in your personal circle
You cannot:
- Resell, distribute, or publish your Blueprint or parts of it
- Use it as the basis for derivative products without authorization
- Reproduce it in whole or part for commercial use
8. Intellectual property
The site content (texts, designs, methodology, branding, editorial voice) is property of Blueprint.
Your specific Blueprint is yours for personal use · you can read it, annotate it, share fragments in personal contexts. But the methodology, templates, editorial format, Blueprint voice, and interpretation corpus remain property of Blueprint.
Beyou’s corpus
Beyou is supported by an interpretation corpus written by Blueprint in our own voice. Although this corpus is inspired by personal-growth and symbolic traditions from various authors and schools, the corpus consists exclusively of derivative material written by us. We do not reproduce protected works of third parties.
The responses Beyou generates are personalized syntheses created in real time based on your specific Blueprint · they’re yours for personal use but do not represent independent works you can commercialize.
Brand and visual elements
The “Blueprint” brand, the “Beyou” name, the logo, the sigil symbols, and the visual elements of the product are protected.
Use permitted to you
You may quote fragments of your Blueprint on social media with attribution to Blueprint. You may not copy the entire document or resell it. You may not use Beyou’s responses to build a competing product.
9. Privacy and data handling
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is also part of these terms.
In summary:
- Your data is used only to generate your Blueprint
- We don’t sell it or share it with third parties for marketing
- You can request deletion at any time
10. Limitation of liability
The Blueprint is a tool for introspection. Decisions you make based on its content are your responsibility.
Blueprint is not responsible for:
- Decisions you make based on the Blueprint’s content
- Specific outcomes in your personal or professional life
- Individual interpretations of the content
- Indirect or consequential losses related to its use
Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for your Blueprint.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when needed (legal changes, product improvements, new features).
When we make significant changes, we’ll notify on the site. The “Last updated” date above indicates the current version.
Your continued use of the site or services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Service suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel access to the site or services in cases of:
- Fraudulent use or attempts to manipulate the system
- Unauthorized resale or distribution of the product
- Violation of these terms
- Technical or maintenance reasons
13. Applicable jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
Any dispute related to these terms or the product will preferably be resolved amicably by contacting team@blueprintexploration.com.
If the dispute cannot be resolved that way, it will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico.
14. General provisions
Severability
If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in full force.
Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent.
Complete agreement
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Access, cancellation and refunds policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Blueprint regarding the use of the site and products.
