These terms govern the use of the blueprintexploration.com site and the purchase of the Blueprint. By using the site or buying the product, you accept the following.
If you don’t agree with any of these terms, please don’t use the site or make a purchase.
2. About Blueprint
Blueprint is a project operated in Mexico that offers personalized astrological reports with an evolutionary lens, translated into accessible language.

3. The product: Blueprint
The Blueprint is a personalized digital document calculated with astrological techniques (natal chart, transits, progressions, solar return, and other tools), generated from the birth data you provide.
Your Blueprint is an interactive web reader, available in your space (myspace) as soon as it's generated. Access to your essence / cosmic signature is permanent. The energetic cycle (your week, your month, windows, moons & eclipses and journal) is computed for 12 months and, as long as you keep your Blueprint+ subscription, renews automatically each year at no extra cost, recomputing a fresh 12 months against the current sky.
Beyou · included AI assistant
Blueprint+ includes access to Beyou, an AI conversational assistant designed to answer questions about your Blueprint in plain language. Beyou uses your specific Blueprint, a curated astrological corpus written by us, and real-time astronomical calculations to provide personalized responses.
Beyou is a tool for companionship and exploration, not a substitute for professional care. Its responses are astrological interpretations, not diagnoses.
Nature of the product · critical disclaimer
Neither the Blueprint nor Beyou are:
- Medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice
- Financial or investment advice
- Legal advice
- A prediction of the future
- A substitute for a certified professional astrologer
If you’re going through situations that require professional attention (mental health, legal decisions, finances), seek help from qualified professionals. The Blueprint and Beyou can accompany that process, but they don’t replace it.
4. Purchase and payment
Price
The Basic Blueprint is free. Blueprint+ is a subscription of $250 MXN per month, $1,279 MXN every 6 months or $1,999 MXN per year (save up to 33%) and includes everything. Blueprint Exploration sessions are charged separately (Guided $3,999 MXN · Advanced $6,799 MXN). Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN).
Payment methods
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payments are processed through certified providers with bank-grade encryption.
We don’t store your card information on our servers.
Purchase confirmation
When payment is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Your Blueprint will arrive by email about 15 minutes later.
Blueprint+ subscription (automatic renewal)
Blueprint+ is a recurring subscription: $250 MXN per month, $1,279 MXN every 6 months or $1,999 MXN per year (save up to 33%). By subscribing, you authorize automatic charges to your payment method at the start of each period, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the period already paid, and the current period isn't refunded.
You can cancel at any time from your account, with no commitment. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period already paid. Periods already started are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
If we change the subscription price, we’ll notify you in advance; the new price applies from your next renewal.
5. Data we need
To generate your Blueprint we need:
- Date of birth
- Time of birth (you can order without it, with limitations)
- Place of birth (city and country)
- Place where you spent your last birthday (when applicable)
- Your email for delivery
- Your name
Your responsibility for the data
You are responsible for providing correct data. If the data you enter is incorrect, the Blueprint calculation will be too. In those cases, we can help you fix it, but no refund applies (see Delivery and Warranty Policy).
6. Delivery and warranty
Specific conditions for delivery, regeneration, and refunds are in our Delivery and Warranty Policy, which is part of these terms.
Quick summary:
- Delivery: ~15 minutes by email after payment
- Technical warranty: 7 days from purchase for verifiable technical errors (can't access your Blueprint, incorrect calculations, missing content)
- Permanent access to the file
- No-cost regeneration within the first year if you lose the files
7. Permitted use of the Blueprint
The Blueprint you receive is for your personal use.
You can:
- Read it as many times as you want
- Share it with your coach, therapist, or personal astrologer
- Print it, back it up, archive it
- Discuss it with close people in your personal circle
You cannot:
- Resell, distribute, or publish your Blueprint or parts of it
- Use it as the basis for derivative products without authorization
- Reproduce it in whole or part for commercial use
8. Intellectual property
The site content (texts, designs, methodology, branding, editorial voice) is property of Blueprint.
Your specific Blueprint is yours for personal use · you can read it, annotate it, share fragments in personal contexts. But the methodology, templates, editorial format, Blueprint voice, and curated astrology corpus remain property of Blueprint.
Beyou’s astrology corpus
Beyou is supported by a curated astrological corpus written by Blueprint in our own voice. Although this corpus is inspired by the evolutionary, psychological, and predictive astrology tradition (with schools like Jeffrey Wolf Green, Howard Sasportas, Liz Greene, Stephen Arroyo, among others), the corpus consists exclusively of derivative material written by us. We do not reproduce protected works of these authors.
The responses Beyou generates are personalized syntheses created in real time based on your specific Blueprint · they’re yours for personal use but do not represent independent works you can commercialize.
Brand and visual elements
The “Blueprint” brand, the “Beyou” name, the logo, the sigil symbols, and the visual elements of the product are protected.
Use permitted to you
You may quote fragments of your Blueprint on social media with attribution to Blueprint. You may not copy the entire document or resell it. You may not use Beyou’s responses to build a competing product.
9. Privacy and data handling
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is also part of these terms.
In summary:
- Your data is used only to generate your Blueprint
- We don’t sell it or share it with third parties for marketing
- You can request deletion at any time
10. Limitation of liability
The Blueprint is a tool for introspection. Decisions you make based on its content are your responsibility.
Blueprint is not responsible for:
- Decisions you make based on the Blueprint’s content
- Specific outcomes in your personal or professional life
- Individual interpretations of the content
- Indirect or consequential losses related to its use
Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for your Blueprint.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when needed (legal changes, product improvements, new features).
When we make significant changes, we’ll notify on the site. The “Last updated” date above indicates the current version.
Your continued use of the site or services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Service suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel access to the site or services in cases of:
- Fraudulent use or attempts to manipulate the system
- Unauthorized resale or distribution of the product
- Violation of these terms
- Technical or maintenance reasons
13. Applicable jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
Any dispute related to these terms or the product will preferably be resolved amicably by contacting team@blueprintexploration.com.
If the dispute cannot be resolved that way, it will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico.
14. General provisions
Severability
If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in full force.
Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent.
Complete agreement
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Delivery and Warranty Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Blueprint regarding the use of the site and products.
